Last updated: June 2026. By using GarageGifts (garagegifts.co) and placing an order, you agree to the terms below. We've kept them short and human.

1. Who we are

GarageGifts is a custom automotive products brand based in Tbilisi, Georgia. You can reach us any time at hello@garagegifts.co.

2. Your photo & content

When you upload a photo, you confirm that you own it or have the right to use it, and you give us permission to use it solely to create and produce your order. We don't sell or share your photo. Please don't upload images that are illegal, offensive, or that infringe someone else's rights — we may decline orders that do.

3. Custom artwork

Each design is generated and prepared individually. Because screens differ and art is interpretive, the final result may vary slightly from the on-screen preview. If you're not happy with a preview, you can regenerate it or contact us before ordering.

4. Orders & pricing

Prices are shown at checkout in your selected currency and may change over time, but the price you confirm at checkout is the price you pay. We currently accept payment by direct bank transfer; your order is reserved once payment is received. We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order if we can't fulfil it.

5. Production, shipping & returns

Production and delivery times, plus our returns policy, are described on our Shipping & Production and Returns & Refunds pages, which form part of these terms.

6. Intellectual property

The GarageGifts name, website, and original style designs belong to us. The artwork made from your photo is for your personal use. You keep the rights to your original car photo.

7. Liability

We do our best to deliver great products, but to the extent allowed by law our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We're a small startup and we'll always try to resolve issues fairly and personally.

8. Changes

We may update these terms as the business grows. The current version always lives on this page.
